STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS
We are not aiming for quick exits— we build for long-term sustainability. We acquire and integrate companies into platforms operating in sectors shaped by strong, long-term macroeconomic trends. Each platform is led by an experienced partner with deep managerial or entrepreneurial expertise in the given industry. OneCap acquires and develops established businesses within a specific sector, often through follow-on horizontal or vertical acquisitions, with the goal of building a market leader. We target deal sizes between CZK 200–1,000 million, with an expected return of approximately 17%+ IRR. At the same time, we offer investors a semi-liquid fund structure that enables partial exits during the investment horizon.

We pursue an active investment strategy alongside leading European players, combining direct investments with co-invested passive capital and deep product expertise. Our multi-asset, pan-European approach is unique in the Czech market, offering clients exceptional diversification.

Our passive investment strategy focuses on pan-European assets in real estate and infrastructure. OneCap invests alongside trusted AAA partners in areas such as residential developments, logistics hubs, specialized industrial facilities, data centers, energy infrastructure, and battery storage. This unique concept, developed in collaboration with ONE FAMILY OFFICE, provides investors with access to tier-one European transactions and broad diversification across real estate and infrastructure.
Tactical Opportunities
Our most hands-on strategy involves taking operational leadership in companies undergoing restructuring or special situations. These tactical investments often include insolvencies, distressed equity, or other complex scenarios. A key feature of our approach is the pursuit of asymmetric returns.

We invest where others won’t— distressed assets, insolvencies, unpopular sectors, and special situations that demand speed, creativity, and personal execution. We take a fully hands-on approach and remain engaged until the business is stabilized— then pursue an exit or continue development. We approach tactical opportunities through the lens of asymmetry: limited downside, disproportionate upside. This strategy is not open to external investors and operates on an invite-only basis.
